Shipment processing time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days of order placement, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page (eg custom made products). Some homeware items such as cushion covers may need to be made to order during times of high sales volumes, in which case your order will be dispatched in approx 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We are a small handmade business, and at sometimes at peak times we may experience a higher volume of orders than usual. In this case shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping will be capped at a rate of $10 for all orders. Some items with smaller dimensions, can be posted as a large letter and their postage will be calculated by weight. You can calculate shipping charges on the Cart page before proceeding to the checkout. There is also the option to upgrade to parcel post for these items at the rate of $10 which does include tracking. Please be aware that there may sometimes be delivery processing delays beyond our control. Orders normally take 2-5 business days for delivery after dispatch (depending on location), however with the Covid-19 restrictions the postal service has been experiencing delays and your item may take longer than usual.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you have selected Large Letter post your order will be sent without tracking and we will not be able to send tracking information unless you have opted to upgrade to parcel post at the checkout. All other orders will be sent via Australia Post's Regular Parcel Post service, and you will receive your tracking information directly from Australia Post to your provided email address.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.
Costs are calculated at the checkout based on current Australia Post rates for the weight of the order and its destination. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and usually take 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please visit auspost.com.au to ascertain timing to your country.
Please be aware that there may sometimes be delivery processing delays beyond our control.
Please also note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Damages and missing items
All of our products are carefully packaged, however if your item is damaged during shipping, please keep the packaging and contents and photograph the inside and outside of the box as found, for the insurance claim. Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of the arrival of your package. Once dispatched Dancing With Juniper is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect input of address at checkout or international customs issues. Dancing With Juniper will cover the cost of lost or damaged packages at our sole discretion. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is lost in transit, we reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order. Dancing With Juniper does not offer refunds on items that the postal service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’, or items that did not include tracking (i.e. posted as a large letter).
We reserve the right to delay the processing of a refund until we deem that a suitable time period has elapsed and that the parcel is lost and irretrievable. We anticipate that some periods of time (e.g. during Pandemic times or high traffic holiday seasons) deliveries may take longer than expected and request your patience during these times.
