At Dancing With Juniper we're always looking to establish new wholesale partnerships with retailers who share our values.

Trade terms:

We have a minimum order value of $300 excluding freight.

Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront.

Pricing

Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity is 2 items per SKU, except for cushions and tablecloths which is 1. This also applies for re-orders. Cushion prices include the insert. Recommended retail price is as shown in our catalogue. All wholesale prices listed are exclusive of GST. GST is applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change.

Payment terms

Payment period is 30 days from the date of issue of the invoice. Payment is accepted via credit card (Amex, Mastercard or Visa), PayPal or EFT. We do not accept company checks.

Shipping

Cost of goods outlined in the catalogue does not include shipping or handling charges.

Postage is a flat rate of $35 (includes signature on delivery) for an orders upto 20kg in weight. There is a flat rate of $50 for orders over 20kg. Express post is quoted on a case by case basis. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice.

Routing information must be specified at time order is placed. We do not ship C.O.D. and do not Dropship.

Customers will be notified via email when order is shipped. This is within 1-3 weeks depending on time of year. We endeavour to get stock out to you as soon as we can, and are always available to answer any queries or concerns. Currently we use Australia Post or courier and delivery time will be dependent on your location.

Any orders to be shipped outside of this time frame such as a pre-order for a new season collection will be informed. All orders will be shipped to address specified by the customer at time of ordering. It is the customers’ responsibility to notify Dancing With Juniper if changes are needed to order prior to shipment.

Pillow covers are shipped ‘un-stuffed’ and occasionally inserts will be delivered separately direct from our supplier dependent on location.

Claims and returns

We do not accept wholesale returns unless an item is faulty (this does not include natural slubs that may occur through the fabric that is composed of natural fibres). Please examine your order upon arrival. Any shipping-related damage or loss must be claimed by the consignee with carrier. All other damages or shortages must be reported, with photographic evidence, to Dancing With Juniper within 7 business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honoured. If in stock, replacements will be provided for damaged items. If the item is out of stock, either a credit on future orders or refund to original payment form will be offered.

Exclusivity

Dancing With Juniper aims to cap the number of stockists at 2 per suburb. This is to protect the retailer’s right to offer something unique to their customers, whilst still allowing Dancing With Juniper to grow as a business too. Of the two stores, each one carries different SKUs. This works on a first in best dressed basis, and if a particular store does not reorder that SKU within a 6 month period, then it goes back up for the taking.

However, stores that spend $1000+ per month are able to gain full suburb exclusivity on our entire range. This is something that we monitor closely to ensure compliance. We endeavour to be as transparent as possible with all of our retailers by contacting existing retailers if we if we are approached by another retailer in a nearby area.
